DaRon Weatherspoon, Sr. is the founder and CEO of PowerPiece Enterprises. Born and raised in Ypsilanti, his life's work is inseparable from the community he serves — a community whose strengths, struggles, and possibilities he knows firsthand.
DaRon built PPE on a simple conviction: that lived experience is the foundation of trust, and that trust is what makes real intervention possible. Under his leadership, PPE has become a bridge between overlooked young people and the institutions best positioned to serve them.
